Job summary

Eight Sleep, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles across regions.

You will proactively source, engage, and close top talent while partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and maintain a fast interview cadence. You will uphold a high bar for talent and culture fit, with a data-driven mindset to monitor pipeline health and optimize workflows in Ashby and other ATS tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience relevant to startups or tech.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management to align managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a global portfolio of roles across regions.
• Proactively source, engage, and close top talent across channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and drive interview cadence.
• Maintain a high talent bar and culture fit for all hires.
• Build dashboards to track hiring process metrics and velocity.
• Upgrade recruiting workflows in the ATS to improve speed and consistency.
