Jobgether is seeking a PSP Financial Analyst in Italy to ensure accurate financial performance across payment operations. You will analyze provider fees, reconcile statements, and support cost optimizations while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with large datasets, perform financial reporting, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external providers. English proficiency is required; fintech experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in financial analysis, finance operations, reconciliation, or related role.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large datasets.
• Experience with reconciliations, balance controls, transaction analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of financial processes, cost control and management accounting.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Good communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Manage relationships with payment service providers and ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor balances across payment systems and maintain financial control.
• Analyze provider fees, exchange rates, commissions, and contracts to identify savings.
• Reconcile transaction records with provider statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Oversee timely processing of customer payouts and withdrawals; resolve issues.
• Document payment processes and propose improvements based on analysis.
