TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking a Finance Operations professional to monitor recurring revenue KPIs, support monthly reporting, and perform reconciliations across billing platforms and ERP systems. You will analyze contracts and customer data to identify anomalies and contribute to process improvements.

The role collaborates across Finance, Business, and IT, with a hybrid work model in Italy. A degree in Economics/Finance and 2-5 years in related roles, strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP familiarity

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Controlling, Reporting, Audit, or other analytical finance-related roles.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data, reports, and business performance indicators.
• Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across Finance, Business, and IT teams.
• Fluent English.
• Exposure to recurring revenue processes, subscription-based models, billing platforms, Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Revenue Recognition concepts, or AI-enabled tools is a plus.

• Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs related to recurring revenue processes.
• Support monthly reporting and management analysis activities.

• Analyze contracts, subscriptions, customer data, and financial transactions, identifying anomalies.

• Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools and analytics solutions within Finance Operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and control requirements.
