Publicis Sapient in Italy is seeking a Senior Associate – Finance & Billing Specialist to support billing, accounts payable, and month-end close within the Italian operations. You will work with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate invoicing and compliant financial processes.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of Italian invoicing, SAP/S-4HANA experience, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end billing processes and Italian invoicing principles.
• Experience preparing intercompany accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Experience managing complex client billing across domestic and international engagements.
• Willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Fluent Italian and English communication.

Mansioni

• Prepare, review, and coordinate client billing drafts; ensure accuracy and alignment with terms.
• Review billing transactions for policy compliance and controls.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support accounts receivable activities.
• Support month-end close and revenue recognition processes.
• Create and manage vendor records and purchase orders as needed.
