Splendido Mare, a Belmond Hotel in Portofino, is seeking a Commis de Pastry to join our DaV Mare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about pastry, eager to learn, reliable, precise and a team player, with basic HACCP knowledge.

We offer a seasonal Labour contract (CCNL Turismo - Level 6s) from October 2026 to January 2027 with potential extension, accommodation in staff housing, breakfast included, bus ticket, staff cantine, and access to Belmond privileges.

Competenze

• Passion for pastry and desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Reliability, precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP regulations in pastry production.

Mansioni

• Assist the Chef de Partie - Pastry in preparing a wide range of pastry, dessert, and bakery items.
• Prepare ingredients and equipment for production.
• Decorate, glaze and assemble desserts.
• Collaborate with pastry and kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail at all stages.
