Belmond, Splendido Mare in Portofino, seeks a Commis de Pastry to join the DaV Mare team. You will assist in pastry production, contribute to dessert preparation, and work within an elegant luxury setting to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• Culinary school diploma or professional pastry certificate.
• Previous kitchen or pastry shop experience is a plus.
• Strong passion for pastry and eagerness to learn and grow.

Mansioni

• Assist the Chef de Partie - Pastry in preparing pastry, desserts, and bakery items following recipes and standards.
• Prepare ingredients and equipment for production tasks.
• Perform basic decorating, glazing, and assembling of desserts.
• Collaborate with pastry and kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow.
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality at each stage of production.
