Splendido Mare, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Commis de Pastry to join the DaV Mare team in Portofino. The role focuses on preparing pastry, desserts, and bakery items within a luxury setting, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Competenze

• Culinary school diploma or professional pastry certificate.
• Previous kitchen or pastry shop experience is a plus.
• Strong passion for pastry and willingness to learn and grow.
• Reliability, precision, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP regulations.

Mansioni

• Assist the Chef de Partie - Pastry in preparing pastry, desserts, and bakery items following recipes and standards.
• Prepare ingredients (weighing, cutting, mixing) and equipment for productions.
• Perform basic decorating, glazing, and assembling desserts.
• Collaborate with pastry and kitchen teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality at all stages.
