Red Hat seeks a Partner Technical Account Manager to act as a technical liaison for a select set of partners, delivering hands-on architectural guidance for OpenShift and OpenStack platforms. You will build and maintain strong partner relationships, advocate for their needs, and work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues at scale.

Based in Savona, Italy, this role offers remote work options, flexible environments, and travel to partner sites/events as needed to drive enterprise adoption

In this role you will be a technical liaison for a select set of partners, providing hands‑on architectural guidance for Red Hat OpenShift and OpenStack platforms. You will build and maintain strong partner relationships, advocate for their needs, and work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Support to resolve complex issues. You will influence partner strategy, share best practices, and ensure successful, long‑term adoption of Red Hat cloud technologies. This position offers the chance to shape how partners leverage OpenShift/OpenStack at scale and to drive enterprise outcomes.

• Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and become an expert on a partner’s solutions
• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues
• Forewarn partners of technology changes or potential disruptions and advise on mitigation strategies
• Provide advice and guidance on current and future Red Hat products
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive escalation with Red Hat, partner, and customer teams
• Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to leadership
• Manage partner use cases and maintain clear case documentation
• Create partner engagement plans and keep partner documentation updated
• Manage and grow partner relationships through attentive, relationship-based support
• Build trust with partners and advocate on their behalf within Red Hat
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support to debug and resolve issues
• Travel to visit partners and attend events as needed
• Support enterprise partners implementing automated and containerized cloud application platform solutions
• Establish parity with Red Hat cloud technologies strategy
• Engage with product engineering to develop solution patterns that drive platform adoption
• Engage with field teams, customers, and partners to ensure positive cloud technology experiences
• Communicate how Red Hat cloud solutions align to partner use cases
• Experience in a support, development, engineering, or QA organization
• Expertise with enterprise cloud solutions like OpenShift, containers, Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of OpenStack and its components
• Ability to manage and grow enterprise partner relationships
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and business drivers
• Ability to manage multiple issues and projects with attention to detail
