Klarna is expanding its technical program and delivery management team in Milano. You will drive multiple partner implementations from scoping through go-live, troubleshoot live issues, and guide partners through APIs and payments.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market to align scope and priority. You’ll need 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, solid API and integration understanding, and the ability to

Competenze

3+ years in technical program or delivery management, or complex integration delivery in payments/fintech.
Able to troubleshoot integrations, APIs, and system architectures.
Experience using AI tools to improve delivery speed and quality.
Able to switch between technical discussions and commercial conversations.
Proficient with e-commerce platforms and payment solutions.
Working proficiency in Italian.

Mansioni

Run multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping through go-live.
Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and guide partners through APIs and payments processing.
Use AI tools to move faster through delivery work and promote their use across the team.
Define integration scope with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market and ensure quality.
