• Guide end-to-end implementation projects, supporting merchants as they launch and scale their payment integrations.
• Design and help merchants build scalable API-based integration solutions from solution design through to go-live.
• Act as a trusted technical partner during the integration journey, helping merchants navigate technical and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to deliver strong outcomes for merchants.
• Contribute to improving delivery quality by sharing insights and identifying patterns across implementations.
