Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support a Pisa-based clinical research site. The role is 9 hours per week with an immediate start and a duration of about 10-11 months. Responsibilities include prescreening, chart reviews, and maintaining critical study documentation in EDC and eTMFs.

Ideal candidates hold a life sciences degree, have 2–3 years of CRC/clinical trial site experience, and are proficient in English with strong IT and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent in a clinical/medical setting.
• Solid understanding of clinical trials, study protocols, consent forms and study schedules.
• Experience with lab samples and IWRS/IRT systems.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong IT skills, especially MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
• Minimum 2–3 years as a Clinical Research Assistant, Research Nurse or CRC at a trial site.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Prescreening and screening tasks.
• Review charts from the site database.
• Maintain and update study documentation (CRFs, EDC, eTMFs).
• Support patient screening and enrollment, including informed consent and privacy docs.
• IP-site accountability and patient compliance.
