IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support a clinical research site in Rome, with a 20-hour per week schedule. The role focuses on prescreening, chart review, documentation, patient enrollment, and study logistics in a dynamic team environment.

Relevant life sciences background and site experience are preferred. The candidate will manage EDC/CRFs, eTMFs, IP accountability, and coordination with monitors, ensuring compliance and data integrity across study procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent education and/or relevant clinical experience.
• Solid understanding of clinical trials, study protocols, consent forms, and schedules.
• Experience with lab samples and IRT/IWRS systems.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prescreening and screening tasks.
• Review charts from the site database.
• Maintain and update study documentation (protocols, CRFs, EDC, eTMFs).
• Support patient screening and enrollment, including informed consent.
• Handle IP-site accountability and patient compliance.
• Use IRT/IWRS for subject randomization and trial operations.
• Process and ship lab samples.
• Coordinate study procedures and communicate with monitors.
• Print and certify EMR and manage study logistics.
