IQVIA is recruiting a part-time Clinical Research Coordinator to support a site in Verona. The role is 24 hours per week with an immediate start and approximately 9 months duration.

The candidate will prescreen and screen participants, maintain study documentation, and assist with EDC/ eTMF systems, consent processes, and trial logistics. Fluent English and strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of clinical trials, protocols, consent forms and schedules.
• Experience with lab samples and IRT/IWRS systems.
• Good medical terminology knowledge.
• Strong IT skills, incl. MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
• Minimum 2 years as Clinical Research Assistant, Research Nurse or CRC at a site.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Prescreening and screening tasks.
• Review charts from the site data base.
• Maintain and update study documentation (protocols, CRFs, EDC, eTMFs).
• Support patient screening and enrollment, including informed consent and privacy documentation.
• Use of IRT/IWRS systems for randomization, product assignment, inventory and site operations.
• Provide patient scheduling support.
• Coordinate logistical activities for study procedures per protocol.
• Communicate with study monitors and respond to inquiries.
• Carry out general administrative tasks for the study.
