Gardner Denver Srl in Parma is seeking a Cost Accountant (Financial Analyst I) to join the Controlling Department. You will support budgeting, forecasting, monthly closes and cost analysis for the Parma plant, working closely with Operations and Finance to drive accurate financial decisions.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance, 1–2 years in Controlling, strong Excel skills, experience with SAP ERP and BI tools, and fluency in Italian with good English.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
- 1-2 years of experience in Controlling and Finance (internships included).
- Proficiency in Excel; SAP ERP and BI tools preferred, Italian and English fluency.
Mansioni
- Support monthly closing activities, including cost analysis and variance reporting.
- Standard costs maintenance and calculation.
- Collaborate with Operations to analyze financial impacts and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support internal control activities and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within controlling and reporting processes.
