INGING in Milan is seeking an Operations professional to join our strategic COO area, focused on improving process efficiency and secure banking services through digital tools and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will verify compliance with regulations, monitor workflows, and support daily activities while benefiting from a fully flexible smart working model and competitive base salaries.

Qualificações

• Degree in a related field; master's considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

We are looking for a candidate to join our Operations area, a strategic team for the functioning of the bank. The COO area is responsible for ensuring process efficiency, supporting daily activities, and optimizing workflows to provide increasingly effective and secure services.
