ING Italia is seeking a Digital Analyst to convert user behavior and funnel data into actionable insights for conversion growth across web and app channels. You will join a multidisciplinary team and help scale the marketing engine while grounding fast wins with long-term growth.

The role requires at least 5 years in digital analytics, strong English, and experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, and Optimizely CMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Digital Analytics role.
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Engineering or Economics.
• Proficient in English and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition funnel to identify drop-offs and opportunities.
• Define tagging and tracking strategy for events and conversions.
• Study on-page user behavior via session recordings, heatmaps, and usability analysis.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for Content Marketing.
• Collaborate with performance and commercial leaders to assess paid traffic impact on conversions.
• Create and maintain dashboards tracking funnel health and KPIs.

ING Bank N.V. is looking for a Digital Analyst

Activities:

As a Digital Analyst, you will turn use behaviour and funnel data into clear, actionable insights that drive continuous conversion improvement across our web & app channels both in acquisition and in-life.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team of analytics, performance, conversion and content specialists, where you will ensure that our marketing engine scales both fast and sustainably.

You combine strategic vision with hands‑on action: you know how to push for quick wins while also laying the foundation for long‑term structural growth.

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition funnel analysis identifying drop off points and opportunities for improvements
• Co-hold tracking/tagging strategy through fundamentals (events, conversions) and implementation
• Study on page user behavior preparing the session recordings hit maps click buttons to uncover friction points and usability issues backup
• Translate data and behavioral insights into clear actionable recommendation for the Content Marketing Specialists
• Partner with the performance and commercial leader to analyse paid traffic quality and its impacts on downstream conversion
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reporting track funnel health and conversion KPI's over time
• Support the design of A/B tests by providing data data backend hypothesis and post test analysis

Required skills:

Experience of at least 5 years in the role

Ability to manage critical situations through good decision-making skills

Degree in field Digital Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Economics

Knowledge of the English language

Knowledge of analysis in user digital behaviour (APP&WEB)

Knowledge of the following software: Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Optimizely CMS, Hojtarù

Contract offer:

Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)

Annual base salary starting from: 39.000€

Variable remuneration: in line with the applicable remuneration policies(with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance)
