Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a motivated Marketing intern to join the Smashbox & Bobbi Brown Marketing team, supporting Consumer Marketing Coordinators in executing integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.

Ideal candidates are in Marketing or Communications, native Italian with strong English, and eager to learn in a dynamic multinational setting. The internship offers curricular exposure with valuable hands-on experience in beauty communications.

Qualifications

• Degree or final-year student in Marketing or Communication.
• Native Italian speaker with excellent English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong proficiency in Canva.
• Strong passion for beauty and communication.
• Creativity and proactive approach.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, with strong written communication and copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Consumer Marketing Coordinators in the implementation of 360° communication campaigns, including advertising, social media, influencer marketing, seeding activities, CRM and events.
• Contribute to the execution of consumer marketing initiatives across retailers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, Paid Media, Social, CRM, Trade and others) to ensure alignment and consistency in campaign planning and execution.
• Create, adapt and review communication materials for digital and offline channels, including CRM communications, newsletters, visual assets, copy localization and marketing materials.
• Support brand.com activities in collaboration with the EMEA Online team, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and reviewing translations.
• Assist the team in preparing and reviewing key documents, presentations and post-campaign reports for internal meetings and retailer reviews.
