Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Italy is seeking a motivated Key Account Assistant intern to join the Commercial team. You will work closely with the Sr.

Key Account Manager on sales planning, product launches, forecasting, and commercial reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience with major retail partners, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment, with real opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and passion for working with data.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Proactive, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in retail, beauty, luxury or consumer goods industries.

Responsibilities

Support management of key retail partners, contributing to commercial plans and business objectives.
Assist in the execution of product launches and promotional activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Monitor sales performance, stock levels and key business KPIs, providing data-driven insights.
Support forecasting, assortment planning and commercial reporting activities.
Prepare presentations, analyses and materials for customer meetings and business reviews.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving commercial performance and operational efficiency.
