The Estée Lauder Companies Italy invites you to join as a Key Account Assistant intern within the Commercial team. You will work closely with the Sr. Key Account Manager to support retail partners, sales planning, launches, forecasting, and business reviews in a dynamic, global beauty company.

This curricular internship provides hands-on experience across sales, planning and analysis, with mentorship from senior leaders and opportunities for career growth in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and passion for working with data.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in retail, beauty, luxury or consumer goods industries.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of key retail partners, contributing to commercial plans and business objectives.
• Assist in the execution of product launches and promotional activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels and key business KPIs, providing data-driven insights.
• Support forecasting, assortment planning and commercial reporting activities.
• Prepare presentations, analyses and materials for customer meetings and business reviews.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving commercial performance and operational efficiency.
