Spoliday is seeking PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors to deliver recreational courses and guided dives in a luxury resort setting. You will support daily diving operations and help guest experiences at a 5-star property, collaborating with the watersports team as needed.

We require an active PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, fluent Italian and English, a European passport, and a boating licence if available.

ROLE

Mandatory requirements (all required):

• Active PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (teaching status)
• Fluent Italian and English
• European passport
• Plus: Boating licence

April – October 2026 seasonal contract
Italian employment contract (salary based on experience)

Bonuses and sales commissions

40 hours per week
