Sealed Air Corporation in Lombardia, Italy, seeks an Application Specialist within the EMEA R&D team to support development and validation of innovative packaging solutions.

The role collaborates with R&D Process and Analytical teams to plan tests, evaluate materials, and prepare technical documentation under senior guidance.

A university degree in a technical field and 0–2 years of related experience are preferred; strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field with internships or project work in packaging, equipment, or manufacturing.
• 0–2 years in packaging, technical, engineering, R&D, quality, or manufacturing roles.
• Basic understanding of packaging materials, equipment, testing methods, or product application is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear technical documentation.
• Ability to prepare clear test summaries, reports, and documentation.
• Good organizational skills, eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.
