Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking a Packaging Project Manager to lead a life sciences project near Rome. You will guide packaging initiatives from concept to implementation, coordinating Engineering, Quality, Validation and Operations to ensure successful execution.

The role requires hands-on experience with bottle and blister packaging, GMP-compliant project delivery, and managing budgets, schedules, and contractors for a six-month initial contract.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering packaging line projects.
• Strong knowledge of bottle and blister packaging operations in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience supporting qualification and validation activities.
• Ability to manage suppliers, contractors, budgets, schedules and risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and independent delivery in complex settings.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead packaging projects from concept through implementation across bottle and blister operations.

Experience required:

• Proven experience delivering packaging line installations, upgrades, and equipment enhancement projects.

• Able to manage suppliers, contractors, budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive projects independently in complex environments.
