Technogym S.p.A. is seeking a Packaging Project Leader to drive packaging design and development for a range of fitness products. You will manage the technical project from concept to execution, ensuring packaging solutions meet quality, regulatory, and sustainability targets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of packaging design experience, strong CAD skills (CreO 9 preferred), and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while delivering on time and on budget.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Experience in product packaging project design is required (3–5 years).
• Experience with packaging design, materials, and manufacturing technologies is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end packaging projects from concept to execution.
• Drive innovative product packaging concepts and structural design to improve unpacking experience and logistics.
• Collaborate with product development, purchasing, marketing and logistics to align packaging with product goals.
• Ensure packaging designs comply with regulatory and environmental standards.
