Experteer Italy seeks a Manager / Team Leader to steer the development, implementation, and oversight of external service providers within Italy, ensuring program quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.

You will be the primary liaison between the company and vendors, guiding procurement, contract administration, and future opportunities. The role includes supervising the OSPSG team, driving cost savings, and ensuring compliance across agreements and invoices.

Manager / Team Leader

In this role you lead the development, implementation, and management of external service providers within a country to ensure service quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. You will act as the primary liaison between UPS and vendors, guiding procurement, contract administration, and future business opportunities. You’ll supervise the OSPSG team, optimize costs, and ensure compliance across agreements and invoices. The position offers impact through shaping outsourced operations and driving cost-saving initiatives at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

• Manage OSP negotiations to secure favorable terms and performance

• Control OSP costs via forecasts, reporting, deviation analysis, and accrual oversight
