Team Management

Creates a cohesive and high‑performing work environment and contributes to the overall success of the team. Plays a pivotal role in aligning the team with organizational goals, driving motivation, and creating a positive environment to achieve success.

Supply chain optimisation

Analyse and improve supply chain processes to create operational excellence and a high level of customer satisfaction following LPR strategy and goals.

Service centres management

Define the local strategy for the network’s location, plan and optimise the production considering quality and costs objectives with the purpose to improve quality and efficiency of each service centre (depot).

Support Purchase departments for the procurement of new pallets

Provide support to Purchase department for new pallets aiming at an optimal quality and cost.

Team leadership

• Actively involve own team and show the ability to focus, align, and build a high‑performance team.
• Analytic ability – Analyse the different aspects relating to a problem; identify its origin and be able to describe the relationship between its different components.
• Customer orientation – Point out and analyse wishes and needs of internal or external customers, and take effective action based on this perspective.
