EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Organizational Development Intern to drive change initiatives, map processes, and support integration projects across functions and regions.

You will collaborate with HR and business teams, manage project materials, and ensure effective communication while maintaining documentation and tools. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a Master’s degree ongoing or recently completed.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Master’s level degree study.
• Quantitative mindset is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Support Organizational Development Team in Re-organization/Integration Projects, including as-is analysis, design proposals, and tracking progress.
• Coordinate with Function, Region and HR leaders to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Assist in management and upkeep of organizational tools and documentation.
