EssilorLuxottica in Milano is seeking a Store Operations analyst to optimize and unify store processes, collaborating with all functions to ensure operational excellence and a superior customer experience.

You will perform sector analyses, support new store tools, draft operating manuals, assist with cash system maintenance, and communicate with Area Managers and stores. Fluency in English and Italian, a Master's degree, and strong Excel skills are required.

• Carry out specific sector analyzes and associated reporting.

• Assist in managing in-store applications and processes with Area Managers and stores.
