HAVI Italia is seeking a motivated Operations Warehouse Intern to join our Operations team in Emilia-Romagna. You will support daily warehouse activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report to the Warehouse Manager to help drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering or a Logistics Diploma, with analytical mindset, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Italian (native) and English at B1 level.

Your Role

As a Operations Warehouse Intern, you will support the daily management of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
• Managing administrative and documentation activities related to warehouse operations.
• Monitoring and analyzing key operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborating with various teams within operations and supply chain to ensure seamless workflows.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering or Logistics Diploma, providing you with strong analytical and operational foundations.
• Experience: Previous experience in operations is not mandatory, but six months of prior experience is considered a plus.
