• Design and support MySQL databases and PHP-based business solutions.

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor logistics and warehouse performance, including carrier and cost management metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes and implement improvements.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot business systems and operational issues when required.
