sennder GmbH is seeking an Operations & Carrier Quality Intern for its Milan office. You will analyze data, monitor KPIs, engage with carriers, and help drive service quality and operational visibility across internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate with teams to optimize processes, support GPS integration, and assist in building dashboards and reports for key metrics, contributing to the company’s ambitious logistics goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, statistics, or related field.
• Initial experience in operations management, quality management, performance management, consulting, or similar roles is valued.
• Preferred experience in transportation/logistics or supply chain visibility.
• Proficient with G-suite and MS Office; SQL is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English.
• Hands-on attitude with a results orientation.
• Fast learner with a data-driven mindset.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing the Service Quality and Visibility Program with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and leadership presentations to show output effectiveness.
• Interact with carriers and partners to collect information, resolve inefficiencies, and ensure timely service.
• Monitor and enhance GPS integration processes of carriers.
• Support projects to improve services and achieve company goals.
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards on KPIs like GPS coverage and On-Time Performances.
• Collaborate with Product Team on new solutions and business requirement docs.
• Support daily interactions with third-party service providers for real-time visibility.
• Serve as the main contact for Operations Teams on visibility and quality matters.
