sennder Italia is seeking an Operations & Carrier Quality Intern in Milan to support the Operations Program & Innovation team. You will analyze data, monitor KPIs, and engage with carriers to resolve issues and improve service quality.

The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive performance and introduce new solutions. The internship offers exposure to GPS integration processes, dashboards, and real-time visibility improvements, with opportunities to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, statistics, or related field.
• Initial experience in operations management, quality management, performance management, consulting, or similar roles is valued.
• Excellent Italian and English verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Analyze data and monitor KPIs to improve service quality and operational visibility.
• Engage with carriers and partners via phone and email to collect information and resolve issues.
• Assist in building and maintaining performance reports and dashboards for GPS coverage, service levels, and on-time performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Product Team to draft business requirements and explore new solutions.
