Procter & Gamble in Rome invites students or recent graduates to join our internship program across departments such as Brand Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Network Operations, IT, Consumer Research, HR, Communications, and Manufacturing.

You will receive on-the-job projects from Day 1, continual coaching, a dynamic and respectful environment, and an internship reimbursement of €1,000 gross/month.

Competenze

• Are a student or recent graduate in business or engineering disciplines.
• Belong to "Categorie Protette" (L. 68/99).
• Show passion, leadership and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
• Have analytical and critical thinking.
• Have an excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.

• Responsibilities as of Day 1 – You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges.
• Continuous coaching – You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
