Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Customer Development Intern (Curriculare) in Rome. The role focuses on business analysis, channel and retailer go-to-market activities (including e-commerce), and project coordination within a fast-moving consumer goods multinational.

The position is hybrid, located in Rome, with no relocation support. Required qualifications include a marketing or business administration degree, fluency in Italian and English, and strong numerical aptitude.

Competenze

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Advertising
• Experience in Marketing, preferably Trade Marketing with product launches or promotional campaigns is a plus
• Advanced or Fluent Italian and English
• Proficiency with Office suite or Google Collaboration Tools and Excel
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to move fast on tasks
• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
• Good understanding of key marketing concepts
• Self-starter attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Customer Development Intern

The Customer Development Intern will be part of our dynamic organization where they will gain hands‑on experience in one of our business unit, focusing on these key areas:

• Business Analysis;


• Channel and Retailer Go To Market (including e-commerce);


• Project Coordination and General Business Support, growing their understanding of operations in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Multinational environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's Degree Marketing or Business Administration or Advertising;


• Considered a plus a previous experience in the Marketing area, preferably in Trade Marketing, with product launches and/or promotional campaigns;


• Advanced or Fluent Italian and English;


• Office suit or Google Collaboration Tools and Excel;


• Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross cultural teams;


• Explorer, with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in the project tasks assigned;


• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets;


• Good working understanding of key marketing concepts;


• Self- starter attitude, able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently.
