Procurement Execution: Lead the full procurement process including quotation comparison, contract negotiation, and order tracking; handle exceptional orders and after-sales issues; and ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with quality standards. Cost Control: Analyze market price trends, develop procurement strategies, and reduce procurement costs through centralized purchasing, framework agreements, and other methods to achieve annual cost-saving targets. Process Optimization: Streamline procurement business processes, establish standardized operating procedures, promote the implementation of an e-procurement system, and improve procurement efficiency and compliance.
