ING Italia is seeking a junior Payments Operations support resource to gain experience across back-office activities. The role focuses on settlement management for SCT/SDD and cheques, reviewing manuals, and contributing to process improvements within a compliant, data-driven environment.
The position involves assisting in data analysis, reporting, and supplier monitoring while leveraging strong Excel skills and English proficiency. A Economics degree is preferred.
The resource, joining the Payments team, will have the opportunity to gain experience within Operations and learn about the main back-office activities related to the services of this Area.
In particular, the resource will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and gain a comprehensive view of Payment Systems, understand the characteristics of the products offered by the Bank, especially to Retail customers, support both the drafting and review of operating manuals/banking procedures, and participate in the implementation or improvement of processes, including accounting-related aspects.
