Jobtailor in Milano, Italy seeks a detail-oriented operations professional to support KYC/AML checks, client activation, and regulatory reporting for Italian financial institutions. The role emphasizes data quality, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Fluent Italian and English are required, with strong Excel skills and at least 1 year of banking operations experience in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time position based in Milan.

Competenze

• Italian fluency (written and spoken) at least B2.
• English fluency (written and spoken) at least B2.
• 1 year of experience in relevant roles.
• Solid Microsoft Office Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Perform KYC and AML checks in the activation flow.
• Manage client activation processes and account closures.
• Support customer reporting and internal stakeholder queries.
• Support billing calculations and day-to-day cash inflows/outflows.
• Support regulatory reporting for Italian authorities (Bank of Italy, Consob, Agenzia delle Entrate).
• Manage asset transfer processes and ensure data quality in systems.
• Produce reports and metrics.

• Perform KYC and AML checks in the activation flow
• Manage client activation processes
• Manage account closures

• Support internal stakeholders' queries
• Support billing calculations
• Manage client cash inflows and outflows day to day
• Support regulatory reporting for the Bank of Italy, Consob, and Agenzia delle Entrate
• Support taxation for Italian customers
• Manage asset transfer processes
• Verify and maintain data quality in systems
• Produce reports and metrics

Requirements

• Italian, written and spoken (starting with B2 level)
• English, written and spoken (starting with B2 level)
• Solid Microsoft Office Excel skills
• 1 year of experience in relevant roles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactivity and passion for improving status quo
• Use of SQL (nice to have)
• Previous experience in client operations management in banking or similar industries (nice to have)
• Self-driven ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision (nice to have)
• CV must be uploaded in English
