LHH Recruitment Solutions supports a well-established manufacturing company in search of a Production & Quality Control Manager. The role oversees production, quality, and procurement, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, customer service excellence, and profitability.

Operating in a highly customized environment, the candidate will work cross-functionally to coordinate the entire operational and production value chain and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and related methodologies.

Mansioni

• Coordinate production, quality, and procurement activities.
• Lead and develop a direct reporting team (Quality Specialist; Production Planning Manager; Workshop Supervisor; Purchasing Manager).
• Ensure KPIs for productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and service performance.
• Oversee planning and procurement to balance material availability with capacity and business needs.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to manage customer projects and requirements.
