Linde AMT Italy Srl is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Leader to oversee operations across Monte Marenzo and Mantova. You will drive planning, capacity utilisation, and customer satisfaction while leading safety, quality and productivity improvements.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing, with P&L responsibilities, and fluency in Italian and English. Multisite experience and regulatory awareness are highly valued as you guide strategic capital projects and team

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Experience leading manufacturing with P&L responsibility and multi-site operations.
• Fluent in Italian and English; strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• In this role you will lead manufacturing planning across both facilities located inMonte Marenzo and Mantova to maximise capacity utilisation and customer satisfaction
• You will drive improvements in OTD, Quality, Productivity and margin performance
• Further youwill deliver annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives
• Supporting business growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements will be part of your role
• You will deliver capital projects safely, on time and within budget
• You will be working closely with Commercial colleagues, build strong relationships with key customer and strategic partners
• Further you will lead, coach and develop a high-performing tram across both locations

What makes you great

• You have a degreequalified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or relateddiscipline
• You own 10+years manufacturing leadership experience
• Demonstratedresponsibility for a manufacturing P&L will round your profile
• You are fluent in Italian and English
• Multi-site operational leadership experience would be advantageous
• You have a provenrecord of delivering improvements in safety, quality, productivity andprofitability
• Experience in coatings, speciality chemicals, industrial manufacturing or process industries is desirable but not essential
• You may have knowledge of environmental permitting and chemical regulatory requirements
• Understanding of PFAS-related regulatory developments would be of benefit
