The ideal candidate will live in Venice, Mestre, or Lido di Venezia and will commit to full-time on-site work, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards for guests and owners

Role Description: The Operations Manager role at Red House is the management of the day-to-day business, organizing the cleaning team, the check-ins, and the maintenance operations.

The candidate will have to reside in Venice, Mestre, or Lido of Venice; we will not accept candidates who live in other cities, regions, or countries.

• Ability to manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, task coordination, and resource allocation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational efficiency initiatives.
• Comfort with using office productivity software and basic technology tools to track activities and performance.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on data, priorities, and risk assessment.
• Prior experience in operations, office management, or project coordination is preferred.
• Relevant education in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Venice during agreed full-time hours and adapt to changing operational needs.
