Amazon is inviting applicants for an Operations Internship Talent Pool in Italy starting January 2027. Interns gain early consideration for roles, relocation support, and access to diverse learning sessions and a supportive intern community.

The program offers on-site work across Piemonte with a structured timeline, and successful interns may transition to graduate roles or additional internships. Pay is a base monthly salary with potential benefits.

Competenze

Penultimate or final year student pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
Eligible for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) of 3–6 months.
Proficient in English and the local language of the country (CEFR C1).

Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard.
Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
Propose and test solutions with the team to implement best options.
Develop communication and teamwork by collaborating with managers and frontline associates.
Move within the building to engage with various teams and attend pre-briefs, flow meetings, and leadership discussions.
Navigate the workspace and move between areas as needed.
Be flexible with schedules and shifts.
Potential relocation to the designated work location.
