Ferrero is seeking an Operations Excellence - KPI & Measurement Specialist based in Alba (CN). You will manage performance indicators for the Global Operations Performance team and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure reliable data, robust reporting tools, and standardized KPI methodologies.

You will leverage Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps to monitor trends, validate definitions, and support decision making across Industrial & Supply Chain.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field and initial experience in performance analysis or BI.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision support.
• Experience with KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Power Apps).
• Ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Monitor performance, analyze trends, identify anomalies or opportunities, and generate ad hoc analyses and reports.
• Collaborate with Industrial & Supply Chain teams to collect requirements and validate definitions.
• Support evolution of reporting tools and data models with IT/digital teams.
• Contribute to standardization of KPI methodologies, documentation and reporting practices.
