Ferrero is seeking a Health & Safety - Standards, Compliance & Reporting Specialist based in Alba, Piedmont, Italy. The role ensures full legal and Ferrero compliance, drives audit management activities, supports continuous improvement, and deploys HSE programs across Italy’s production sites and business units.

You will align governance, data analysis, and execution into a unified operating model to strengthen safety culture.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Safety & Prevention Techniques or similar.
• ISO 45001 Auditor course completed.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Monitor changes in Health & Safety regulations and industry standards relevant to the business.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct regional Health & Safety audits across sites.
• Develop internal Health & Safety processes aligned with Group policies and define standards and tools.
• Provide regular reports, KPIs and dashboards; support management reviews.
• Translate strategy into clear plans for deployment of Health & Safety initiatives.
