Ferrero is seeking an Operations Excellence KPI & Measurement Specialist to join the Global Operations Performance team in Alba (CN). You will manage KPI frameworks, collect and analyze performance data, and support reporting tool enhancements to enable informed decision-making across Industrial & Supply Chain functions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate measurement definitions and help standardize KPI methodologies while ensuring data reliability and high-quality

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field plus some experience in performance analysis, BI, operations or similar analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights from data to support decisions.
• Experience with KPI reporting and dashboard development is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve Group Operations dashboards ensuring KPI data is accurate and available on time.
• Monitor performance, analyse trends, identify anomalies or opportunities, and produce ad hoc analyses and reports for management.
• Collaborate with Industrial & Supply Chain to gather requirements, validate definitions and align reporting with business priorities.
• Support evolution of reporting tools and data models with IT and digital teams to improve usability and data quality.
