Ferrero is seeking an Operations Excellence - KPI & Measurement Specialist based in Alba (CN). You will manage performance indicators for the Global Operations Performance team and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure reliable data, robust reporting tools, and standardized KPI methodologies.

You will leverage Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps to monitor trends, validate definitions, and support decision making across Industrial & Supply Chain.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field and initial experience in performance analysis or BI.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision support.
• Experience with KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Power Apps).

About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Excellence - KPI & Measurement Specialist to join our Global Operations Performance team, based in Alba (CN).

About the Role:

We are looking for an Operations Excellence - KPI & Measurement Specialist to join our Global Operations Performance team, based in Alba (CN).

In this role, you will support the management and continuous evolution of the Operations KAI and KPI framework at Group level, contributing to the collection, analysis and monitoring of performance indicators across the Industrial & Supply Chain organization.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the availability, reliability and data consistency, supporting decision making and the continuous improvement of reporting tools and performance measurement processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will monitor performances, analyse trends, identify anomalies or opportunities, and develop ad hoc analyses and reports by management, providing meaningful insights to support operational decision‑making and performance reviews.
• You will collaborate with Industrial & Supply Chain functions to collect business requirements, validate measurement definitions and ensure alignment between reporting needs and business priorities.
• You will support the evolution of reporting tools and data models, working with IT and digital teams to improve dashboard functionality, data quality and user experience.
• You will also contribute to the standardization of KPI methodologies, documentation and reporting practices, helping promote transparency, consistency and continuous improvement across the organization.

About You:

You’ll bring your Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field along with some initial experience in performance analysis, business intelligence, operations, controlling or similar analytical roles within structured organizations.

You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to generate insights and support business decisions. Experience with KPI reporting, dashboard development and performance monitoring will be considered a strong asset.

You are comfortable working with large datasets and digital reporting tools, with good knowledge of Excel and Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Power App.

You demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders in an international environment.

Fluency in English is required.

What we offer:

The role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
