In this role, you will support the management and continuous evolution of the Operations KAI and KPI framework at Group level, contributing to the collection, analysis and monitoring of performance indicators across the Industrial & Supply Chain organization.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the availability, reliability and data consistency, supporting decision making and the continuous improvement of reporting tools and performance measurement processes.
You’ll bring your Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field along with some initial experience in performance analysis, business intelligence, operations, controlling or similar analytical roles within structured organizations.
You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to generate insights and support business decisions. Experience with KPI reporting, dashboard development and performance monitoring will be considered a strong asset.
You are comfortable working with large datasets and digital reporting tools, with good knowledge of Excel and Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Power App.
You demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders in an international environment.
Fluency in English is required.
The role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
