Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Torino/Borgaro Torinese is seeking an Operations Continuous Improvement Manager to lead productivity, OEE, and cost-reduction initiatives across semiconductor manufacturing lines and facility operations.

You will drive the continuous improvement roadmap, implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and TPM projects, and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and IT teams. Fluency in English and Italian is preferred, with on-site work and some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing operations with measurable improvements in OEE, safety, quality, and cost.
• Fluent English and Italian preferred; on-site work in Borgaro Torinese with potential travel.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable daily production execution.
• Drive performance: productivity, OEE, throughput, cycle time, yield, scrap reduction, cost improvement.
• Define and deploy the site continuous improvement roadmap with measurable targets.
• Lead improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and value stream mapping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and standardize best practices.
• Promote automation and digitalization, including data-driven performance management and dashboards.
• Coach managers and operators in continuous improvement methods and report progress to leadership.
