FedEx Express Italy s.r.l. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of operatives and drivers, ensuring targets and safety standards are met. The role focuses on planning, coaching, and driving service levels in a fast-paced freight environment.

You will coordinate shifts, manage time effectively, and maintain a strong customer focus while liaising with cross-functional teams and maintaining high performance across the operation.

What you will be doing

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
• Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

What do you bring with you

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
• Be energetic and enthusiastic
• Have a strong customer focus
• Have good communication skills
• Availability to work early morning / evening shifts
• Have a good English level (comprehension, written, verbal)
• Ability to coordinate a large team
• Ability to use and knowledge of Microsoft Office
