Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Scopo del ruolo:

Siamo alla ricerca di un/a stagista proattivo/a e organizzato/a per supportare il nostro ufficio acquisti. Questa è un'opportunità ideale per chi desidera acquisire esperienza nel settore degli acquisti e della gestione dei fornitori.

Principali attività:

• Supporto nell’aggiornamento anagrafiche e gestione Richieste di quotazione nel sistema gestionale interno.
• Assistenza nell'aggiornamento e verifica dei listini fornitori.
• Collaborazione nella verifica dei codici doganali nel sistema gestionale interno
• Supporto nella compilazione di documentazione di import/export.
• Supporto nel monitoraggio e nella verifica della documentazione dei fornitori relativa ai certificati di qualità.
• Supporto nella gestione dell'evasione delle richieste di acquisto (RDA).
• Archiviazione degli ordini di acquisto.

Requisiti:

• Formazione: Diploma/Post-Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico;
• Competenze informatiche e buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office;
• Capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli;
• Capacità relazionali e di comunicazione;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
