RINA Consulting S.p.A. is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer (ILS Engineer) to join our Aerospace & Defence team in Rome, Naples, Genova, and La Spezia. You will work on LSA, RAMT, maintenance planning, and data management across major projects for leading stakeholders.

You will develop training materials, support customer interactions, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring deliverables align with current baselines and RAMT standards. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in ILS discipline preferred.
• Familiar with RAMT standards and S-Series specs.
• Ability to work in a multi-site team.

Mansioni

• Lead medium-complexity LSA analyses (FMECA, LORA, MTA).
• Build RAMT models and MTBF/MTTR calculations.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Create Data Modules and align with baselines.
• Define sparing strategies and manage provisioning data.
• Ensure configuration baseline and implement changes.
• Create training material and deliver sessions.
• Report analyses to customers and manage actions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and review deliverables.
