Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Medical Evidence Advisor Oncology in Italy to lead RWE strategy for prioritized brands and to secure patient access. You will design end-to-end RWE programs, coordinate between medical, market access and commercial teams, and oversee observational studies and governance.

You will translate health outcomes into value propositions, support oncology strategies, and ensure compliance with ethics and data protection.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in clinical research and evidence-generation studies.
• Knowledge of clinical research legislation, data protection, and quality/transparency standards.
• Experience with real-world data sources (electronic health records, claims, registries).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex evidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RWE programs across the product lifecycle.
• Interface with Medical, Market Access and Commercial teams to address evidence needs.
• Oversee observational studies and governance; manage timelines, budgets, resources.
