AstraZeneca plc in Italy seeks a senior RWE leader to shape evidence strategies for prioritized brands and to align global objectives with local needs in Lombardy. You will design RWE programs, drive cross-functional integration, and support market access with robust research methods to secure patient access for transformative medicines.

Reporting to Oncology leadership, you will oversee study design, governance and dissemination of findings, while ensuring ethical standards and collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Scientific degree in biomedical research or related field.
• Experience in clinical research and in evidence-generation studies.
• Knowledge of Italian healthcare system and payer needs.
• Experience with data protection and ethical standards.
• Demonstrated project leadership including planning and budgeting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Lead RWE strategy and planning to support patient access and scientific knowledge.
• Design and prioritize RWE programs across product lifecycles at local, regional and global levels.
• Partner with Market Access to address pricing, reimbursement and access questions.
• Coordinate ESR and AstraZeneca-sponsored studies with governance and reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery including timelines, budgets and risks.
• Develop study concepts, protocols, reports and disseminate findings.
• Coordinate study drug supply and safety reporting for ESR projects.
• Collaborate across Medical, Market Access and Commercial for value evidence.
